How to use NARADocs

NARADocs helps you get your Spanish visa and settling-in paperwork ready on your own, without the stress. We walk you through what to do, step by step, and fill in the application forms for you.

NARADocs is a service built by Nara Education (나라유학). If it gets too much doing it on your own, you can move to a consultation with Nara Education at any time.

Our guidance follows the requirements of the Spanish Embassy in Korea. Requirements are broadly similar from country to country, but the details can differ, so if you're applying from another country, check with the Spanish embassy or consulate that covers where you live before you start.

We fill in application forms and official forms for you automatically. Certificates issued by authorities, such as a criminal record certificate or a bank balance certificate, you'll need to get yourself, but we tell you in what order to get them, when to apply, and link you straight to where you can request them.

Upload the form and we'll explain what goes in each field and fill it in for you. The more common the official form, the more accurate the result.

You'll need to book appointments yourself on the official website. What we do is get everything you'll have to enter ready in advance and take you straight to the official site.

Before your final submission, there's a check step where you compare everything against your passport, and during your storage period you can correct your documents and download them again. If you add an expert review (ask us for details), an expert checks them once more before you submit.

Yes. On the My payments page, tap [Extend] to add 1 month or 6 months. 1 month €3 / $3 (+€1 / $1 per family member) · 6 months €5 / $5 (+€2 / $2 per family member). Launch offer until 31 December 2026; regular prices 1 month €5 / $5 (+€2 / $2 per family member) · 6 months €15 / $15 (+€5 / $5 per family member). Prices don't include VAT. Payments open soon. If you use NARADocs with your family, the per-family-member amount is added for each family member, and the extension applies to everyone's storage period. Even after your storage period ends, if you extend within 30 days it carries on from the end date and your documents come back just as they were. Storage extensions can only be refunded until the payment is confirmed.

Yes. If you upload a sample of a document NARADocs doesn't have yet or a new form (including a new version), or tell us about an error, such as wrong information, amounts, addresses or links, or a button that doesn't work, we'll check it and extend your storage period by 1 month. Each person can get up to 6 months this way, and your family's storage period is extended along with yours. For the same document or the same error, only the first person to send it gets the extension. We only accept samples in which personal data has been automatically hidden. Extensions are given only if you have a paid plan (Visa or Visa+). If you're using NARADocs for free, we'll send you a thank-you email instead. You're also welcome to tell us about anything that bothers you, or share ideas, at any time. If we act on it, we'll let you know by email.

NARADocs is a document preparation service. After payment, you can get a full refund only until you start using paid features (filling in documents, downloading PDFs, school applications, expert review); once you've started, no refund is possible. Storage extensions can only be refunded until the payment is confirmed. Before you pay, you can check everything in advance with the free to-do list and sample documents. When paid use starts: the earliest of these after payment: you change and save something on the document-filling screen, download a finished PDF, send a school application beyond the free one, or request an expert review. Anything you tried for free before paying doesn't count.

No. Your passport photo is read only on your phone: we pick up the text and the photo is deleted right away. We don't ask for national ID numbers (such as the Korean resident registration number).

You choose: delete it as soon as you've downloaded your documents, keep it for 7 days, or keep it for 6 months (extendable). You can also delete it straight away at any time. You can change this under ‘My info → Storing & deleting my info’.
