Terms of use

These terms govern the use of NARADocs (naradocs.com) provided by SOTO LAB SL. (Nara Education · NARADocs) (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@naraeducation.com

  1. 1. 1. Provider and scope

    NARADocs is provided by SOTO LAB SL., Tax ID (NIF) B21622261, Calle Sierra de Ancares 8, 28760 Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain. Full details are in the Legal notice.

    These terms apply when you use NARADocs in a language other than Korean, or when you buy a plan priced in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). We are the provider and the seller of the service you buy under these terms.

    By creating an account or buying a plan you accept these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy policy.

  2. 2. 2. The service

    • Free: step-by-step preparation guides by visa or procedure, a to-do checklist, deadline reminders and calendar export.
    • Paid: filling in forms and documents automatically (PDF), reading passport data, and the other features shown for each plan on the pricing page.
    • NARADocs is a tool that helps you prepare and fill in documents. It is not legal advice and does not replace a lawyer or an authorised representative. You submit your applications yourself to the embassy, consulate or Spanish authority, and that authority alone decides on them. We do not guarantee that any visa, permit or registration will be granted.
    • The service is currently in beta. Some features may change, be limited or be temporarily unavailable while we improve them.
  3. 3. 3. Your account

    • You must be at least 14 years old to create an account and at least 18 years old (or have the consent of your legal guardian) to buy a paid plan.
    • Use your own, accurate information. You are responsible for checking that what you enter matches your passport and your other documents.
    • Keep your login secure and do not share your account with other people.
  4. 4. 4. Prices and payment

    • Prices are shown on the pricing page in euros or US dollars before you buy, including VAT where it applies. The price and what is included are confirmed on the order screen before you pay.
    • Payment is made in advance. During each plan's storage period you can keep, edit and download the documents you have prepared as many times as you need. Family members who apply with you get a discount from the second person, as shown on the pricing page.
    • Fees charged by embassies, consulates or authorities, and the cost of translations, legalisations, apostilles or notaries are not included.
    • Payments in euros and US dollars are not open yet during the beta. When they open, the payment will be handled by the payment provider shown on the order screen; we never receive or store your full card number.
  5. 5. 5. Refunds and right of withdrawal

    • Full refund before you start: you can get a full refund at any time before you start using the paid features (writing the documents). You start using them when, after payment, you first save changes in a document form, download a completed PDF, send a paid school application or request an expert review — whichever happens first. Free features you used before paying do not count.
    • Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA): you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of buying it, without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example by email to info@naraeducation.com: “I withdraw from my contract for NARADocs, order number …, bought on …”). We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
    • Loss of the right of withdrawal: NARADocs supplies digital content and digital services that are not on a tangible medium. When you buy, we ask you to tick a box to expressly consent to the immediate start of the service during the withdrawal period and to acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started. If you give this consent and acknowledgement and you then start using the paid features (writing the documents), you lose the right of withdrawal for that order (Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Until you start, you keep the right to a full refund.
    • Storage period extensions take effect as soon as the payment is confirmed, so they can only be cancelled with a full refund before that moment, provided you gave the consent and acknowledgement above when buying them.
    • If a document is filled in incorrectly because of an error on our side, we will correct it or refund you.
    • To ask for a refund, use the refund request in “My payments” or email info@naraeducation.com.
  6. 6. 6. What you must not do

    • Enter false information or another person's information without their permission.
    • Use NARADocs for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation or security.
  7. 7. 7. Protection of beta service content

    (This article applies from 29 October 2026.)

    1. The guidance created by NARADocs (task order, document lists, field explanations and examples, auto-fill rules, glossary, verified answers, etc.) and the PDFs generated by NARADocs belong to SOTO LAB SL. (NARADocs). Original official government forms are not included.

    2. You may use this content only to prepare your own documents (and those of the family members applying with you). You may not:

    • copy or save all or a substantial part of the content to share it with other people or publish it;
    • collect screens or PDFs by automated means such as programs, robots or scripts;
    • reuse the content for commercial purposes, such as another service, course, publication or agency work;
    • create several accounts to get around usage limits such as the daily download limit.

    3. If you break these rules, or if there are reasonable grounds to believe you have (for example, an excessive number of downloads in a short time), we may pause or suspend your use without prior notice and, after checking, close your account. We may claim compensation for any damage in accordance with the law.

    4. PDFs generated by NARADocs contain a mark that identifies the account that downloaded them.

  8. 8. 8. Personal data

    We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy. Your data is kept for 6 months from sign-up, or, for paid plans, until 30 days after the end of the storage period if that is later; we remind you 14 days and 1 day before deletion so that you can extend.

  9. 9. 9. Liability

    We provide NARADocs with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for decisions or changes in requirements made by embassies, consulates, authorities or schools, for delays caused by them, or for losses caused by information you entered incorrectly.

    Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where this is not permitted by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

  10. 10. 10. Changes to these terms

    If we change these terms we will let you know on the website at least 7 days before the change takes effect, and at least 30 days before if the change is to your disadvantage. Changes do not affect orders you have already paid for.

  11. 11. 11. Governing law and disputes

    These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

    If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@naraeducation.com. You can also contact the consumer protection authorities of your place of residence.

  12. 12. 12. Language

    These terms are available in Spanish and English. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.
